Wamtucci (Waffle) is a 2017 gelding by Wamberto out of Chaieka by Contucci.
Waffle's father, Wamberto, was the Champion of the 2006 Stallion Licensing of the KWPN. After importing to the United States, he won the 2007 100-Day Performance Test of North America. He combines the outstanding lines of Rousseau and Voltaire.
Waffle's mother, Chaieka, is by Hilltop Farm's Contucci. He is by Caprimond out of a Lungau mare. Contucci has previously been named the USEF Dressage Breeding Sire of the Year, the USEF Dressage Sire of the Year, and is consistently listed in the Top 10 of the USEF Rankings. Chaieka's dam is Magissa by Mahogoni. She was the only mare against three stallions for the Grand Championship at Dressage at Devon.
Waffle is in a steady work program and beginning to travel.
Durango is also a 2017 gelding purchased from Oakwood Farm to raise with Waffle. They have grown up together with the same careful and consistent handling. His gates are huge and show a great talent for dressage, as well as strong talent as a jumper.
Durango is by Dubarry. Imported from Celle in July 2015, Dubarry brings elegance and high rideability to the US, coupled with outstanding paces. His father is Don Frederico by Donnerhall and his dam is Ribana by Rubenstein I. Durango's dam, Downtown Delight is by Don Schufro who brings the Donnerhall blood on the dam side also to Durango. Too, on the dam side Londonderry is grandsire.
